Redo and Cancellation Policy If you are having challenges with your cut / color, you must let us know within 48 hours of your visit & We will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you need a corrective appointment the appointment must fall within 7 calendar days of the original appointment date - any & all appointments are non-refundable per this policy. When an appointment is scheduled for you, time is reserved specifically for your hair and spa service(s) requested. Deposits are required for some appointments. As a courtesy, you will receive a text confirmation 2 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment, please give 48 hours' notice, to allow the appointment to be offered to another client on our wait list. Cancellations/changes with less than 48 hours' notice (including no shows and reducing services) will result in a fee based on the time reserved for you. You will be charged 50% of the service that was no showed/cancelled. Fees may be asked to be paid remotely, prior to reserving a new appointment. We reserve the right to refuse to schedule appointments to clients who no-show or do not give a 48-hour cancellation notice. Late Cancellations: We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice Anything less than 48 hours: 50% of the service missed will be charged and 100% REBOOKING FEE of the missed service to rebook the appointment No Show Clients: We reserve the right to refuse to schedule appointments to clients that no show. 50% of the no showed service will be charged. ALSO CLIENTS WHO NO SHOW WITH NO COMMUNICATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A REBOOKING FEE(if we choose to schedule client) OF 100% OF THAT MISSED SERVICE OR WILL NEED TO PRE-PAY FOR ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. CLIENTS WILL PAY BY INVOICE BEFORE ANY NEW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Delayed Arrival(15 minutes or later) If your late arrival does not allow for services to be performed, your appointment will be considered cancelled (fees apply as shown above)
